Intergenerational Strategies is a charitable, nonprofit organization with a diverse and dynamic Board of Directors. Its members hold key leadership positions in public and private Long Island organizations. Paul Arfin serves as President and CEO of the organization and possesses a forty-year career in public service.

Arrangements have been made with Generations United and the New York State Intergenerational Network to become officially affiliated with these national and State organizations.
